For the Solo-Beltquerung every swimmer is allowed to announce himself. The swimmer should be able to stay a long time in water, because he is not allowed, while the attent, to leave the water.

Distance | The geographically shortest distance is nearly 21 Km. Because of current or the swimming direction can that be more. You can calculate a real swimming distance of nearly 25 Kilometer. |
Participiants | Relays of 2, 3, 4 or 5 swimmers |
Trainer | Only one swimmer is in the water. Every swimmer must swim one hour and will be change by a flying change in the water. It is not allowed to change the order of the team. The trainer or team captain can be one swimmer of the team but must be out of the water. |
